Refund Policy

Due to the nature of international shipping and food products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To help us investigate the issue, please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the outer package
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

If we determine that the issue was our responsibility, we may issue a full or partial refund at our sole discretion.

We do not provide replacement products.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays, customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or restrictions imposed by the destination country.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will refund the unavailable item and ship the remaining products whenever possible.
