How long does shipping take?

Can I track my order?
Yes.
A tracking number will be provided after shipment.
You can track your package through Japan Post EMS and your local postal service.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Depending on your country or region, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or customs handling fees may apply.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I request a product?

What happens if an item becomes unavailable?
In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed.

Can I order refrigerated or frozen products?
Currently, only shelf-stable products are available for international shipping.
Refrigerated and frozen products cannot be shipped overseas at this time.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once shipment preparation has begun.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue.
We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

Yes.
All orders are shipped directly from Kamakura, Japan via EMS International Shipping with tracking included.
Are prices shown in Japanese Yen?
Yes.
All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY).
Your payment provider may convert the amount to your local currency at the applicable exchange rate.

Yes.
