We specialize in delivering carefully selected Japanese Costco products from Kamakura, Japan to customers in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service).
We currently ship to:
• Taiwan
• Hong Kong
• Singapore
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated separately from product prices.
The shipping cost depends on:
• Destination country
• Total package weight
• Package size
The exact shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Some products are purchased from Costco after an order is placed. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable before purchase.
If any item is unavailable, we will contact you and either:
• Refund the unavailable item and ship the remaining products, or
• Cancel the order and issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
Estimated Delivery Time
After shipment, EMS delivery generally takes:
• Taiwan: 3–7 business days
• Hong Kong: 3–7 business days
• Singapore: 4–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, and other local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Shipping Restrictions

Customers are responsible for checking local import regulations before placing an order.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
You can track your package through Japan Post EMS and your local postal service.
